2025 Recipient - Niki Fisher

Our first honoree really needs no introduction. Highly respected and well known by all, this wonderful lady was an easy choice for our inaugural award. Mrs. Niki Fisher, along with her husband Gene, have been raising and breeding Texel sheep for nearly 30 years. Niki has a wealth of experience and insight that she so generously shares with others. She has served in both official and behind-the-scenes capacities for many years, notably as the TSBS Secretary and point of contact for quite some time. Niki is especially gracious and supportive with new breeders, always willing to take time tomake connections and encourage those just starting out.
